  69. Sebastian Nolte

    Sebastian NoltePäivä sitten

"How Did He Not burn up on re-entry" Why should you bun up when you jump from a balloon at 39 km? "He should have gone further further out into outer space" Not possible with a ballon. "I would have gone to where the space station is at then gone from their back to Earth" The Space station is at 400 km, and more important: It is in orbit. That means it flies around the earth with 28000 km/h. That is also the main challenge for a rocket and the reason why it needs so much fuel: Not reaching an altitude of 400 km, but reach an horizontal speed (so parallel to the ground) of 28000 km/h "That's not really a space jump" Correct, it is a stratosphere jump. "100% real a real space jump would come where he would leave the International Space Station now that would be a real space jump" No, that would be an orbit jump. And it would not work, because you would stay in orbit, "Space" just have to do with the altitude.

  79. Cat I

If they take a flat earther and throw him from space, this experiment would be a lot more meaningful.

Not that the earth is flat of course, but are you implying that the VERY round appearance of the earth in the footage is a good example of proof to show to flat earthers that the earth isn't flat? It seems you haven't realised what has caused the earth to appear the way it does in the footage?
