Excellent build video! The manual recommends 1:25 to 1:30 oil-fuel ratio. Did you have to mix your own fuel to get that ratio?

I like the torque screwdriver but i would turn those screws in by hand and not with a tool because you might not align with the thread and then you risk to strip the thread out. And when you put the screw in, then turn it anti clockwise and feel when the threads align and then you can use a tool to screw them all in. And there one thing i don't like about the engine and that is the crankshaft doesn't have any support bearings in at least the middle, so i wouldn't be supprised when that will turn out the be a weak spot.

Im trying to not sound rude, but this Engine design is garbage, The crankshaft has only 2 Main bearings, wich are Ball bearings (Bad), and the same goes for the camshaft, the combustion Chambers are kind of ok, but the water pump, this should be a oil pump, Nice build Jonny!

WOW never saw something like that its almost like a real car engine with almost every part there. Ther is everything its just amazing! The only thing i did not see is an oil pan, and no alternator, but i saw you unplug it after starting the engine. Where is the electricity coming from for the sparks, or is it igniting on its own heat ,like a diesel engine? Thats so cool never new something like this existed, since when are they building such engines?
